Only Paris would treat us to such 'chic' self-distancing!
There is more to Paris than the Eiffel Tower, but I love this quirky landmark (which was only supposed to be temporary) and this page may well be filled with serious, personal and imaginative renditions of ET!

Lucky I visited Paris often and when I saw this backdrop on the 'House of Eliott' television series, I was quick to locate this heavenly pavilion which is close to the Bois de Boulogne (where the Duke & Duchess of Windsor lived), Longchamp, the great racing venue and Roland Garros, the 1930s venue still used for one of the four prestigious Grand Slam events. La Grande Cascade one of the most beautifully preserved instantly recognisable architectural forms, designed by Georges-Eugène Haussmann, is truly heaven on earth! I know, I've been there, had an ice cream there and then took a party to dinner!

Like I said, it it's quirky or I can find a grouping to put together then I will - select pictures for individual sources!
